Tuition Policy

The Finance Committee recommends tuition rates to the School Board based upon an analysis of past history, projected expenses, student population, etc. The School Board establishes tuition rates on the recommendation of the Finanace Committee. Parents are notified of tuition at the time of registration.

The following paymeny options are available:

1. Tuition may be paid in full. A $30.00 discount is applied.
2. FACTS MANAGEMENT COMPANY - Tuition is collected and managed by FACTS. Tuition is collected in May, July and August for the next school year and is deducted electronically from the bank and account of choice.

There is a $25.00 return payment fee. Three attempts are made to collect payments.
Information may be obtained from Mrs. Strozyk in the School Office.

Procedure for Delinquent Tuition Payments

As Specified in the FACTS Agreement.

Families with outstanding balances by March will be instructed to enroll their children in another school the following school year.

Families with temporary, extenuating financial circumstances may submit a summary in writing of financial hardship requesting a temporary payment extension.

Tuition Assistance Policy

Applications will be sent in September upon receipt of criteria for the Federal Free & Reduced Lunch Program. The Application submission deadline is October 1st. A final determination will be made by October 15th. Recipients will be notified within 7 days of the decision. Adjustments will be made to all FACTS accounts for the tuition payments for the remaining of the school year.

Bison Fund Tuition Aid Program

The Catholic Diocese of Buffalo offers a Tuition Aid Program through the Bison Fund to qualifying families. Contact the school office for information. Application through: www.bisonfund.com
