Registration Policy

Yearly Registration Fees are due with all Registration Forms. Registration Fees are non-refundable.

  $125.00 for one child
  $175.00 for two children
  $225.00 for three or more children

​Families registering their children for Preschool through Grade 8, in addition to registering a sibling for Preschool, will pay the above rates. 

Application Process

All new students must fill out the New Student Registration Application. Please contact the school to receive a registration packet.  Acceptance for registration is based upon review by the school Administration. Students transferring from a public or another Catholic School must provide the Student Report Card, IEP and/or 504 Plan if applicable.

Application to Register
Parents of students transferring from a public school or another Catholic school must complete an Application Form before they can register. The form must be completed and returned for review by the Principal. Upon review, parents will be notified and asked to conference with the Principal.
 
Transfer Deadline
Students may be admitted to classes provided they are not at capacity until October 1st of the school year and upon review by the Principal. If a family moves into the area after the deadline, the application will be reviewed.

A waiting list will be established when a grade reaches its maximum enrollment capacity.  A student is considered registered at the time of receipt of all necessary forms and registration fee (s). The registration fee is non-refundable unless we cannot accommodate the student in the specified grade. 

School Year Information

  • To be enrolled in the September Kindergarten class, a child should be 5 years old on or before December 1.
  • To be enrolled in the September Kindergarten Readiness class, a child should be 4 years old on or before December 1.
  • To be enrolled in the September Preschool 3 class, a child should be 3 years old on or before December 1.
Your child will be bussed directly to Southtowns Catholic School by your school district within a 15 mile radius of Southtowns Catholic School. This includes West Seneca, Orchard Park, Frontier, Lake Shore, Hamburg, Eden & North Collins. Tuition Assistance is available through Southtowns Catholic and the Bison Fund. 

The priority list for registration is as follows:

1. Families with students enrolled at Southtowns Catholic School.
2. Students who have older siblings who have attended Southtowns Catholic School.
3. Parishioners of good standing of Saint John Paul II , with preference given to length of affiliation.
4. Catholics from a parish without a school or available grade.

Admissions Requirements

Before new students are accepted, parents must submit:
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. A Baptismal Certificate, if Catholic 
   3. A Record of Immunization
   4. A non-refundable Registration Fee
