Doctor and Dental Appointments

If a child has to be released for a doctor or dental appointment, a note must be sent the day prior to the appointment or the morning of the appointment to the teacher stating the time, the doctor’s name and who will pick up the child at the office. 

It is strongly advised that all such appointments be made outside of school hours.

​When this is not possible, students will be excused for these special appointments. ​
