HSA Meeting Minutes
The HSA is an organization of the parents, teachers, and School Board members of Southtowns Catholic School.

The HSA’s goal is to foster a nurturing and caring environment that strives for continued parent involvement in helping build a better educational environment for our children.  We also promote a school community where teachers and administrators can do their best with the resources we can provide and help make school fun.  Through fundraising efforts, the HSA is able to donate funds to purchase educational materials and equipment for the school as well as being involved in efforts to help the local community.

For the HSA to be effective and a true representation of the school, it is essential to have parental involvement from all parents.  The HSA Board holds regular monthly meetings the first Wednesday of each month. All meetings are at 6:30 pm at school.  Please consider joining us.  Keep in mind that by being involved, you will get to enjoy interacting with the kids, become friends with other parents, and accomplish things that truly make a difference.

The purpose of the HSA is to foster the best interest of the student body through mutual cooperation of the Pastor, Parents, Principal, Religious, and Faculty of Southtowns Catholic School.
The HSA is the fundraising organization for the School and uses the funds raised to support the following important school needs:
Transportation for Field Trips
Teacher Supplies
Teacher Gifts
8th Grade Ribbon Day Celebration & Graduation Support
Pre-School Donations
