Tuition

The Finance Committee, after analysis of past history, projected expenses, student population, etc, recommends the tuition to the Pastor, Principal and the Educational Advisory Council who set the tuition. Parents are notified of tuition at the time of registration.

Tuition Payment Option Policy

Tuition may be paid in installments. FACTS Management Company collects tuition in June though March for the next school year. Tuition is deducted electronically from a bank account. 
FACTS Agreements are for students in Kindergarten-Grade 8 ONLY.
Pre-School is a separate program and cannot be included on this agreement.

Kindergarten to Grade 8 Tuition  2025-2026

The cost to educate one child at Southtowns Catholic School is approximately $9,450.   The difference between per pupil cost and tuition is the subsidy paid by Saint John Paul II Parish and  SCS Fundraising.  (Ex: Parishioner - one child - subsidy is approximately $4,650)
 
 
One Child = $4,800         
​Two Children = $7,600
Three Children = $9,400

 


Preschool 3 Tuition 2025-2026

3 Year Old Program: FULL DAY! (8AM- 2PM) 
   •      Monday through Friday - $5,700 Per Year 
$570.00 10 monthly payments - August through May
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday-  $4,650 Per Year​ ​
$465.00 10 monthly payment- August through May 


Kindergarten Readiness Tuition 2025-2026

4 Year Old Program: FULL DAY!
 •      Monday through Friday - $5,700 Per Year

Delinquent Tuition Policy

As specified in the FACTS Management Agreement Policy, there is a $25.00 returned payment fee. Three attempts will be made to collect payments.
How does SCS Incentive Program work?

The Incentive Program
The SCS Incentive Program begins September 2020 and it applies only to currently enrolled PreK three and four year old students who will register for Southtowns Catholic School Kindergarten.
 
If a student attends both the three and four year old programs, the family will receive a $250 tuition savings upon registering for SCS Kindergarten and Grade 1.
 
If a student attends the four year old program, the family receives a $250 savings upon registering which applies only to Kindergarten.

Registration Fees

Yearly Registration Fees are due with all Registration Forms. Registration Fees are non-refundable.

  $125.00 for one child
  $175.00 for two children
  $225.00 for three or more children

​Families registering their children for Preschool through Grade 8, in addition to registering a sibling for Preschool, will pay the above rates. ​

Enrichment Fees 

This $300 fee was established to offset the cost of instructional programs and resources. This fee can be paid in full at the time of registration, or added to the tuition balance.

TUITION ASSISTANCE: 
(for students enrollent in Kindergarten- Grade 8) 

Parents are encouraged to first apply for the Bison Fund Scholarship. Families must apply online by March 31st, 2025 to be considered.

Anyone who is not eligible for the program, but wishes to be considered for Tuition Assistance, please make an appointment with the Principal. Tuition Assistance is awarded solely based on need.  Assistance is not given for volunteer work.
