Hello, my name is Mrs. Roman and I am the 5th grade teacher. This is my 5th year at Southtowns Catholic School. I have taught for over 25 years all in Catholic school. As a child, I always knew I would be a teacher. I started my career by correcting my Aunt Mary's first-grade class papers on Friday nights. I was only in 3rd grade at the time. My favorite subject to teach is Social Studies because I love history. When I'm not in school I love to swim, kayak, bike, and hike outdoors. If I am indoors you will find me quilting or reading a good book. I have two wonderful daughters that mean the world to me.  I am expecting my first grandchild for Christmas. My fun fact: I went to school here as a child way back when it was O.L.P.H. I am thrilled to be back in the school that taught me the foundations of academics and my faith in God.
