Our 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders took a STREAM field trip to Tifft Nature Preserve on Friday where students braved the frigid temps to learn how our local plants and animals adapt to our Buffalo weather during the winter months. Southtowns students and chaperons explored the Preserve looking for animals and plants and were lucky enough to come in close contact with some grazing deer.
