Thursday evening, we celebrated our annual Sports Banquet to honor our student athletes, and it’s an understatement to say how proud we are of them. These students demonstrate incredible determination both in the classroom and in their respective sports, whether on the court, field, or ice. We also said goodbye to our 8th-grade female Chargers, who are truly fierce competitors, and we know their athletic journeys are far from over. This year, we recognized our Athletes of the Year, typically one male and one female from the 8th grade. However, with a class of nine girls and just one boy, we decided to honor two outstanding girls: Regan Davis and Teagan Ferris. A huge thank you goes out to all our coaches who dedicated their time to lead teams, often juggling multiple squads. Your commitment is greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Mrs. Anna Smith for her hard work on the Sports Program this year; your organization made a significant difference. Lastly, we want to express our gratitude to Mr. Brian Ferris, whose dedication has been vital to our sports program's success. Brian, you truly deserve the title of Most Valuable Coach of the Year, not just for SCS but for the entire Buffalo Diocese!
