Students in Miss Cassi Johnson's Grade 3 class had a mystery to solve with rocks. The Rock Files project had students use their best detective skills to catch Southtowns Catholic's Most Wanted Rocks! Magma "The Muscle" Metamorphic, "Ignatious" Igenous, and "Sandy" Sedimentary were the top three suspects that the SCS 3rd graders researched along with creating a story detailing their crime and arrest. When they were done, the kids had to write a story and make a model of their rock.
