The Kindergarten Readiness classes read the book "Not a Box" by Antoinette Portis. In the book, the character takes a box and makes all different things with it and it is never just a box. The students then took their boxes and made rocket ships, a dinosaur, a suitcase, a unicorn, a spaceship, a rainbow race car, a stage, a smiley face & a camper. This is part of our STREAM program here at Southtowns Catholic School. What a great way to use their imagination.
