On Thursday, June 14th, our Kindergarten Readiness classes gathered one last time for their Moving Up Ceremony. To say we are so incredibly proud of these kiddos is an understatement. Back in September, many of these students walked in our doors struggling with their numbers and letters, did not know sight words, and needed to work on a break from mom and dad. Today, these future Kindergarteners know all their letters and numbers, they recognize their sight words, and drop-off has gotten much, much easier. They LOVE seeing their friends and their teachers. It's been a wonderful year with these small individuals. For the kiddos coming back in September, we cannot wait to see you and hear all about your summers. For our friends who are leaving us and going to new schools, we wish you all the best! We know you'll do amazing things because we prepared you well, and please know that there will always be a place for you here at Southtowns Catholic School. A huge thank you to our amazing teachers, Mrs. Cadin, Mrs. Katra, Mrs. Lorrens, and Mrs. Lewis for an incredible year!
