Students in grades 5, 6, 7 & 8 spent the day in Alabama, NY at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge. With specially trained Canisius College students accompanying each group, the kids explored the flooded woodland habitat on Swallow Hollow Nature Trail. Each group participated in field-based exercises. After lunch on the refuge, everyone played conservation games.
