On Friday, we celebrated Grandparents' Day here at Southtowns Catholic School. This is an event we truly look forward to every year. Students love showing their grandparents or special person around the school to show them their classrooms and what they've been working on and learning the first few weeks of school. We hope all of our grandparents and guests had a lovely visit. We loved having you!
“Nobody can do for little children what grandparents do. Grandparents sort of sprinkle stardust over the lives of little children.” Alex Haley
A huge thank you goes out to our HSA board who organized this amazing event. Thank you to all the volunteers who showed up Thursday night to set up and then again Friday morning to display all the yummy food.
We would especially like to thank Amanda and Josh Manassa for handcrafting the doughnut walls. What a special addition these made to the day!
