SCS celebrates Fire Prevention Week On Thursday, October 13th. Southtowns Catholic School was invited to The Lake View Fire Station #1 on Lakeview Rd. The kids gathered around the firemen as they asked if everyone had a plan to get out of their homes in case of a fire. The firemen reminded the kids never to hide, don't play with matches and make sure you have a safe meeting place in case of a fire. As the kids were headed back to school, they were treated with gift bags that had fireprevention magnets, fire prevention kits and activity cards. A very special thank you to all the Firemen & Firewomen for what you do for our community.
