To end Women's History Month (March), Miss Hull's class learned about women's suffrage. Students were asked to write why people should get the right to vote (in this case, it was reasons to vote for Oreos or Chips Ahoy cookies). Students were then able to submit their own votes in the ballot box. After counting up all the votes, Chips Ahoy took the win. The 2nd graders made picture graphs and answered some math questions regarding the number of votes. Sounds like a sweet election!
