Monday's are for STREAM here at Southtowns! Mrs. Grad's 1st graders got to building a free-standing tower with jellybeans and toothpicks. Not as easy as it looks! Since some of the architectural creations didn't make it, the class discussed what could have made for more successful and sound creations (i.e. a stable bottom, equal length of sections, etc.) The kiddos had fun making these
