Full-time teacher for the 2024-25 School year
Salary: $28,500 (negotiable with experience)
We are looking for an experienced person to join our teaching faculty.

● Create and maintain a safe learning environment, according to school guidelines
● Plan and implement developmentally appropriate and engaging lesson plans in compliance with NYS standards

● Communicate regularly with parents/guardians

The candidate will maintain a safe, organized classroom, which supports students’ independent learning, collaboration, and choice. Utilizes a variety of effective instructional and management techniques.

- Candidates must also work closely with the Administration and Middle School Team to implement Mathematics Standards at the appropriate level
- Responsible for Homeroom duties
- Strong classroom management skills are required
- Familiarity with various instructional technology (i.e.: Google Classroom, eSchool, etc.), and/or a willingness to learn is required.
- Candidates must be VIRTUS Trained/Certified or be willing to complete the VIRTUS course.
- Bachelor’s degree leading to a Master’s degree with an NYS certification in Mathematics 7-12 (or pending certification)
- Teaching experience at the middle school level

● Collaborate with other faculty and staff to plan annual Field Day activities
● Attend faculty meetings, and other school occasions designated by the Principal
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience

Pre-K 3 Aide
The Teacher Assistant will work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to ensure the successful operation of a classroom

Substitute Teachers
As needed for Grades Pre-K - 8th Grade.
- Qualifications/Skills: Certification preferred, although not required
- Candidate will: provide classroom instruction to students as outlined in lesson plans.
- Create a classroom that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Maintain an established routine of the school and classroom procedures in which assigned.
- Communicate effectively with parents when needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
