9 & Dine Volunteers, Donations & Sponsors

Our largest summer event at SCS is fast approaching. We are working together with our home parish, Saint John Paul II to throw our 2nd Annual "Jack MacDonald 9 & Dine Mini Golf Tournament". There are many areas where you can help with this event. This is also a great opportunity for you to earn volunteer hours and help your child's school. All proceeds go to SCS. These events are a great time. Below is a list of where we need you.

Volunteers • Donations • Sponsorship

Volunteers: In order to make this event as successful as possible, we need several volunteers for the day of the event, as well as, for the preparation for the event. We will need help with registration, selling tickets, setting up, cleaning up, servers and many other areas. You can also assist with food prep, basket assembly and things of the like. This is an all-day event and if you can just help for 1 or 2 hours, that would help.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Amy McCarthy at amy.mccarthy947@gmail.com or by calling 435-1729.

Donations: Each class is asked to donate a basket to the hole of which they are entering in 2016-17. For example, Kindergarten is Hole #1. If each family could donate $10 to cover the basket and the remainder will cover the cost of the food and beverage that will be served at the golf hole. 100% of the donation goes toward your Marian Fund. If you would like to purchase items directly, please keep your receipts to be submitted for your Marian Fund. Feel Free to call Amy McCarthy to discuss the details.

Sponsorship: Sponsorship is available for each of the 9 holes. If you are interested, please contact Tim West at 716-860-3900 or email him at twest77@verizon.net. Please add 9 & Dine to subject line.

If you don't have much time during the school year with the hustle & bustle of sports, dance and other activities, here is an opportunity for you to cover your Marian Fund for 2016-17 School Year. Any and all help is greatly appreciated and a great way to give back to our children!

If you are interested in volunteering, donating or sponsorship, please contact Amy McCarthy at amy.mccarthy947@gmail.com or by calling 435-1729.
