The groundhog saw his shadow...6 more weeks of winter! We've had such a mild winter, no one is complaining! Our preschoolers have been in school 5 months already, how time flies! They are growing and learning so quickly, we are very proud of them.
There will be a half day of school on Friday, February 10 for Staff Development (it is a make-up for January 13 which was cancelled due to snow). The preschool children will be dismissed at 11:00 a.m. There will be no lunch that day.
Winter Break runs begins Monday February 20 with school resuming Monday, February 27. We hope everyone has a relaxing & safe break!

Reports cards will be distributed the first week of February. Please sign & return the envelope, keeping the paper report card. If you have any questions or would like to request a conference, please speak to one of the teachers.
Valentines Day will be celebrated on Monday, February 13 for the 4 year old 3 day class & on Tuesday, February 14 for the 4 year old 5 day class & both 3 year old classes. Sign-up sheets are posted in the foyer for snack, paper products & parent helpers. If your child is sending in Valentines, one must be sent for every child in the class. Please print the child's name on the front of the envelope as follows: Matthew. The 4 year olds will be "delivering their mail" by matching names to names on the mailboxes.
The 4 year old classes will now be working toward Student of the Month. Kindness & Consideration are the values we are working on & one child from each class that most exemplifies these attributes will be awarded at Mass on Friday, March 2. Parents of these children will be notified so they can attend Mass.
A reminder, the Buffalo Blast is scheduled for Saturday, March 3. Be sure to turn in tickets! We hope to see you there!!
