Parent Teacher Guild Members 2011 - 2012 - we thank all our board members for a wonderful and successful year. A special thank you to Jenna Barney for her creativity and energy. She has accepted the position of Development Director for Southtowns Catholic School and a resource for the PTG for 2012-2013.

The Southtowns Catholic School Parent Teacher Guild (formally known as the Home School Association) is a general group of all parents and teachers of Southtowns Catholic School. Everyone is a member, however there is an Executive Board which consists of President, Vice President, Secretary and (2) Co-Treasurers. They are one year terms and are appointed by the pastor and principal. There are also voting board members, which attend monthly meetings along with the Executive Officers to conduct fundraising activities.
The purpose of the PTG is to foster the best interest of the student body through mutual cooperation of the Pastor, Parents, Principal, Religious and Faculty of Southtowns Catholic School.
PTG is the fundraising organization for the School is under construction for the 2012-2013 school year. parents will be notified in a letter in June.
The PTG typically uses the funds raised to support the following important school needs:
- Transportation for Field Trips Teacher Supplies Teacher Gifts
- 8th Grade Ribbon Day Celebration & Graduation Support
- New Parent Social
- Pre-School Donations
